Beginner MT Program with Productions

BEGINNER MT WITH PRODUCTIONS

PreK/KINDERGARTEN - 2ND GRADE

Students will learn triple threat skills by studying creative singing, storytelling, musicianship and movement.

With production students will perform in a small group in the spring production - Newsies Jr.

Class Calendar:  

Spring: January 31st - March 31st, 2026 (no class Mar 3-8)

Rehearsals fall between April 17-May 15, 2026

Beginner I: PreK

(Age 3-5 Preschool and Kindergarten)

*Must be potty trained.

Saturdays 9:00am-10:30am (Saturday classes start Jan 31, 2026)

Technical Dance

Tuesdays: Beginner Dance 4:30-5:340pm

Spring: Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24, Mar. 10, 17, 24, 31

Rehearsals

Fridays 5:00-6:00pm beginning April 17, additional rehearsals May 10 and May 12-15 at 5:30-7pm

Beginner II: (1st-2nd grades)

With PRODUCTIONS BEGINNER I (Pre-K & K)

Triple Threat with 1 HR Dance = $558.76 or 139.69/month for 4 months (Feb-May)

With PRODUCTIONS BEGINNER II (1st-2nd)

Triple Threat with 1 HR Dance = $558.76 or 139.69/month for 4 months (Feb-May)

Triple Threat with 2 HR Dance = $678.28 or 169.57/month for 4 months (Feb-May)

Beginners do not audition for productions but will participate in a featured group in Newsies Jr.

Class Requirements:
• No prior training required.  Students are required to commit to a full semester at a time.  

• Students will need black jazz shoes for in-person classes. Also, hair ties, water bottle, pencil and binder needed for all classes.
